How to Book
Making your booking with 'Hotels of Choice' could not be easier. Please follow the steps below.
1. Choice
Look at the hotels we offer and choose the one that you think will be most suitable
for you and your party.
2. Calculate Cost
There is a price calculator for each hotel. Just fill in the date and number of nights you wish to stay and the type of room or rooms you require. The calculator will do the rest!
3. Complete the Booking Form
Click through to our secure online booking form. Complete the details as requested, ensuring that before submitting the form you have read and understood our terms and conditions.
4. Confirmation of Booking
Please note that completion and submission of the form does not confirm room availability. Upon receipt of your booking form we will book your accommodation and confirm this reservation back to you via your e-mail address within 48 hours. Only once the reservation is confirmed will payment be taken from your credit card.
What happens next ?
As well as confirming your booking to you by e-mail, we will also forward a full confirmation/invoice and receipt to you by post. If full payment has been made at the time of booking we will also forward to you an accommodation voucher which must be handed to the hotel reception on arrival. If a deposit payment has been made, a balance due date will be advised on your confirmation/invoice and once this balance payment has been received we will forward your accommodation voucher.
