1. How do I calculate the cost?
There is a price calculator for each hotel. Just fill in the date and number of nights you wish to stay and the type of room or rooms you require. The calculator will do the rest! If you want to go ahead with the booking just complete the on-line booking form.
2. How much will I pay at the time of booking?
Reservations made more than 6 weeks in advance of travel will require a £40 per person deposit to secure the booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks before departure. If a reservation is made within 6 weeks of travel the full payment will be required to confirm.
3. Which credit cards will be accepted?
We will accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and UK Debit and Switch cards.

How can I be sure my credit card information is secure? |
On the secure booking form, we ask for credit card details to secure the reservation. Our internet security guarantees a safe transaction.

How and when will I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed? |
We will confirm your reservation back to you via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the reservation. Only at this time will payment be taken from the provided credit card. Once the reservation is confirmed it is subject to our Terms and Conditions. Confirmation and receipts will then be forwarded by post.
6. What if my requested hotel is full?
If the hotel you have requested is full we will contact you and, if you wish, suggest a suitable alternative based on the information you have provided. No contract will be in existence between us until an alternative is found that is acceptable to you and your party. Until this time no charges will be made to your credit card.
7. What happens once my booking is confirmed?
As well as confirming your booking to you by e-mail, we will also forward a full confirmation/invoice and receipt to you by post. If full payment has been made at the time of booking we will enclose an accommodation voucher which must be handed to the hotel reception on arrival. If a deposit payment has been made, a balance due date will be advised on your confirmation/invoice and once this balance payment has been received we will forward a receipt along with your accommodation voucher.
8. How do I get to the hotel?
Transfers are not included to the hotels. It is the clients responsibility to arrange travel to and from the hotel. Directions from the nearest airport will be provided on your accommodation voucher.
9. What happens if I need to change my booking?
Changes made more than 4 weeks prior to departure will incur a £15.00 per person amendment fee. Changes within 4 weeks may be liable to our cancellation policy as laid out in our terms and conditions. Changes can not be made through our web-site, please contact us on 01327 353449.
10. What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancelled bookings are subject to charges as per our terms and conditions. Before any cancellation can be actioned, Premier Iberian must be advised by letter or e-mail.
